At Printo Frames and Gifts, all products are custom-made and personalized based on customer orders. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns if a customer does not like the product after delivery.

Damaged During Delivery
If the frame is damaged during delivery, we will reprint and resend the product at no additional cost. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
The replacement or exchanged product will be delivered within 3–4 working days after confirmation.
Customer-Caused Damage
If the product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling or misuse, we will not provide a replacement or reprint.
Refunds
Since all products are customized, refunds are generally not provided. However, if a refund is approved due to a technical issue or order-related error, the amount will be credited within 7–8 working days to the original payment method.
Order Verification
Customers are responsible for checking their photo, text, and customization details before confirming the order. We are not responsible for errors in the content provided by the customer.
